This sound bath offers a quiet opportunity to reflect on your personal experience of the past year. The focus of this session is on acknowledging the lessons of 2025 and offering them outward with gratitude for what was learned, including the strength and resilience that carried you through.

You will rest comfortably while crystal singing bowls and other sound instruments are played, allowing space for stillness, reflection, and appreciation.

No experience is necessary, and there is nothing you need to do other than arrive and listen.
