What is a Sound Bath

A Sound Bath is a

“Soul Massage”.

It is a deeply relaxing experience in which you are immersed in the soothing sounds and vibrations of various instruments, such as crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks and chimes. It is often described as a meditative journey; I refer to it is as a “Soul Massage”.

A Sound Bath is a guided experience that begins with a few moments of grounding, often through gentle breath awareness and a brief meditation to help settle the body and mind. This opening allows participants to transition out of the pace of daily life and into a more relaxed, present state.

Once settled, layers of sound are introduced using crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, drums, and other carefully selected instruments. The tones and vibrations fill the space, creating an immersive sound environment that encourages stillness, rest, and quiet attention. Participants are invited to simply listen and experience the sound as it unfolds, without needing to do anything or achieve a particular outcome.

Each sound bath offers a calm, supportive space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with a sense of balance and presence.
