We will begin with gentle somatic breathwork to help release the heaviness of winter and reconnect you with your body in a grounded, supported way. This is a time to listen inward, soften tension, and notice what feels ready to shift as the season changes.
From there, the experience flows into a deeply immersive Sound Bath. The vibration and sound offer space for integration, helping the body and nervous system settle into balance while supporting a sense of clarity and steadiness.

We’ll begin with a gentle releasing practice to soften what you’re ready to let go of, creating space for what wants to emerge.
From there, you’ll be guided by Boosted Breaths, a gentle somatic breathwork experience that supports your intentions and helps move them from thought into felt experience.
Next, you’ll be immersed in a Sound Bath by Harmonizing Energy, featuring crystal singing bowls, gong, and grounding instruments. The Sound Bath offers a deeply settling experience for the nervous system, allowing the breathwork and intentions to land, integrate, and resonate throughout the body.
As the experience closes, you’ll be invited to plant your intentions with Desert Love Native Plants, leaving with a unique, living, planted gift — a tangible reminder of what you’re growing into during the next lunar cycle.
Desert Love is a nonprofit native plant nursery. A portion of ticket sales from this fundraiser will support their mission to make native plants accessible, increase habitat, and support local wildlife.
